Despite the weather – rain and some strong winds –

The 98th Alresford Agricultural Show was thoroughly enjoyable for exhibitors and spectators.

Southern Counties Fuels were represented at the show by Mark Lilleywhite, Gary Hewlett and Paul Harrison three of our many loyal and committed drivers. Norman Swaffer from our Head Office branch in Warninglid and Nigel Pavey from our Petersfield Depot. Neil and Christine Donald, the owners of Southern Counties Fuels, also came along to show their support.

Our staff at the show also involved their families who were also on hand at the show to speak to current and, hopefully, future customers.

We also had a mascot there on the day in the form of a giant sized Spotty Dog which was secretly Mark Lilleywhite in disguise!! (The Company Secretary, Alan Manning was quoted in saying that the disguise was a vast improvement!)

The whole day was a massive success with lots of our customers benefiting from £10.00 vouchers given out at the show towards their home heating and agricultural fuel costs.

We had many customers enter our prize draw to win a £50.00 voucher to put towards their Heating Oil for their home and the winner this year was:
